Breakthrough
A series of quick ‘problem solving’ challenges, each carefully designed to explore communication and highlight aspects of team working that may often go unnoticed!
Participants will evaluate their available resources, set realistic goals and reach a consensus to achieve the desired outcomes of each challenge briefed to them earlier. The allocated time slots are 'just enough' to complete each challenge, so teams are 'pushed' but remain motivated by their successes.
With Breakthrough, teams are encouraged to review their performance and take what they've learned to the next challenge. In a comparatively short time, individuals will appreciate how their interpersonal styles may affect their team's overall success.
