Flat Out Rickshaw Rally
Our Flat Out Rickshaw Rally tests the communication skills, collaboration and creativity of your people to build a full scale rickshaw against the clock and against each other.
With the supplied plans and tools, each team has work together to turn a 'flat-pack' kit of materials into the ultimate cardboard racing vehicle! The challenge concludes with a race, where the teams pit their Rickshaws against each other in a test of speed and control.
A rewarding experience which encourages ingenuity and co-operation, this programme can also be adapted to focus on issues of cross-functional team working, role behaviour, leadership and project management.
