What's New? - Put Your Hands Up!

Put your hands in the air!  Introducing an all new program called ALL HANDS, an activity where every team member will make a 3D replica of their own hand to be joined together as your very own organizational “All Hands Tree.” 

This novel program requires the participants to create a model of their hands in white plaster, adding a secure fixative for preservation and a unique plaque to encourage a sense of belonging.   A very important element of this program is the planning and brainstorming process, where teams have to coordinate the “messages” of each hand so that there is a linkage between all the hands.   Each participant would have to think about the unique traits that makes them successful as an individual, as a team and finally, as an organization.  This planning process builds on the team’s strengths and successes while at the same time emphasizes each team member of their own special and unique qualities.

Why is it cool?  Think NYC MOMA.  Think contemporary art.  All the unique plastered hands made by each of your staff would be joined together in a large contemporary steel structure, neatly communicating each team member as part of the wider company!   You can showcase this modern piece of artwork built by your very own employees in the office or at the lobby as a visual reminder of the power of working towards a common goal!
