Kenneth K L Tan - Senior Consultant

Kenneth has close to 15 years of extensive customer-facing and industry experience with various American, British, Canadian MNCs as well as with Singapore SMEs.

Kenneth’s experience includes positions as a management consultant with PA Consulting Group / Cubiks, where he worked on a variety of HRD consulting and management development & training assignments in the Asia-Pacific region. Clients included Daimler Chrysler, Renong Bhd (Group of Companies), Pearson Education Asia, Singapore Press Holdings and later with Singapore Productivity & Standards Board.

Kenneth graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelors Degree in Science. He also has a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the Singapore Institute of Management and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Hull, UK.

Having previously collaborated with Team Building Asia on programs in Singapore and Hong Kong, Ken joined us as Senior Consultant in 2006. Since then, he has worked with numerous clients including HSBC, Philips, Citibank, JP Morgan Chase, Singapore Tourism Board, NTUC Childcare, Red Hat, Satyam Computer, Tyco Electronics, Celestica, Veolia Water, Calyon, Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), PT Bank Danamon amongst others in cities across Asia including Bangkok, Beijing, Guangzhou, Jakarta and Shanghai.
