Rainbow Chow – Lead Facilitator

Rainbow is a seasoned facilitator and trainer with over twelve years of experience in consulting, designing and delivering teambuilding, management and leadership programmes. Rainbow was a senior manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) Client Training Group in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Hong Kong Client Training Group, she was seconded to the Client Training Group in London where she gained international exposure. Before joining Client Training Group, she was a training manager responsible for managing in-house training for tax staff, from manager level to junior level. Rainbow is an accredited practitioner of the Harrison Assessment, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and Herman Brain Dominance Instrument. She has a post-graduate degree in Training and Performance Management with University of Leicester in United Kingdom. She is fluent in Cantonese and English, and proficient in Mandarin.
