Participants assess their team’s effectiveness across five critical areas: Mission, Vision, and Goals; Team Roles; Operating Processes; Interpersonal Relationships and Inter-team Relationships. Facilitators guide teams through interpretative analysis and collaborative action planning. The process reveals hidden dynamics, clarifies team purpose and empowers participants to co-create strategies for improvement. Each participant receives a takeaway guide to support ongoing development. The result is a healthier, more aligned team capable of adapting priorities and executing plans with clarity and cohesion.
