Description

Building A Dream invites teams to earn tools and bike parts through energetic challenges, then collaborate under time pressure to build functional bicycles. With quality checks, tight deadlines, and a final presentation, teams experience a powerful journey from problem-solving to purposeful giving, turning teamwork into meaningful impact for children in need.

Learning Outcomes

Participants learn to collaborate effectively under pressure, communicate clearly, and adapt strategies to meet changing demands. What begins as a competitive race becomes a collaborative mission, with teams sharing tools and insights to maximise collective output. Leadership, time management, and resource allocation skills are sharpened as groups build high-quality bicycles within strict timeframes. Creativity emerges in the final presentations, where teams pitch their bikes in customer-focused commercials. Most importantly, the emotional reward of donating the finished bikes creates a strong sense of achievement and purpose. This shared success bonds teams while reinforcing company values and enhancing employee pride in community impact.
