Flat Out Rickshaw Rally

Flat Out Rickshaw Rally gets teams racing to build and decorate their own cardboard rickshaw from a flat-pack kit. With tight deadlines, teamwork is key! Once their rickshaw is ready, teams line up for a lively race, blending creativity, collaboration and competitive spirit into an unforgettable hands-on experience.

Description

Teams receive plans and materials to construct a rickshaw in record time. Success requires clear communication, task division and parallel working. Once built, teams unleash their creativity, decorating their rickshaw to stand out from the pack. The grand finale is a fun race where speed, control and teamwork decide the winner.

Learning Outcomes

Flat Out Rickshaw Rally shows how teamwork and resourcefulness turn a flat pack into a working racing vehicle under time pressure. Participants learn to break down a complex project, delegate tasks and work in sub-teams to stay productive and efficient. Creative thinking shines through as teams design and decorate their rickshaw to reflect their personality or brand. The final race adds a healthy dose of competition, motivating everyone to perform at their best. This engaging challenge reinforces the value of shared goals, agile project management, clear communication and celebrating success — all while having plenty of fun along the way.
