Description

Speak Up Speak Out invites teams to explore real-world applications of your company’s values. Participants react to bold statements and explain their reasoning in rotating leadership roles. The activity fosters deeper understanding and personal ownership of mission, vision, and values through open, guided discussion in a business game format.

Learning Outcomes

Speak Up Speak Out creates a space where everyone is heard. It encourages assertive communication, active listening, and respectful challenge. By discussing company-specific themes such as values, customer experience, and workplace culture, teams clarify what these mean in practice.
