Team Wellbeing

Team Wellbeing is a collaborative experience where teams explore how everyday actions influence group morale and mental health. Through creative, physical, and reflective tasks, participants build awareness and take ownership of their role in team wellness. The session ends with a shared wellbeing plan that extends into the workplace.

Description

Team Wellbeing unfolds in three stages, helping participants reflect on their impact on others, commit to positive actions, and create a long-term wellbeing plan. Using tablets, teams complete mindful challenges focused on empathy, energy, creativity, and connection. They finish by contributing to a symbolic Tree of Wellbeing to inspire future behaviour.

Learning Outcomes

Team Wellbeing helps participants develop a practical and emotional commitment to the wellbeing of their colleagues. Activities promote open communication, positive energy, creativity, and a connection to nature. Teams learn to recognise how small behaviours affect group dynamics and long-term culture. The session encourages honest conversations, shared responsibility, and ongoing action. By the end, each team creates a wellbeing action plan with clear, achievable steps to bring back to the workplace. This session supports psychological safety, emotional intelligence, and team cohesion, all while creating a positive and inclusive space to reconnect, recharge, and support one another.
