How are you going to run the company?
A shock DVD is played showing the CEO of your company explaining that they’ve stepped down for the day. The CEO then asks the participants “How are you going to run the company?” Your team are now responsible for decisions that affect the company and have to construct think-tanks to ensure ‘business as usual’ and maybe an even better running of the organisation.
This daring exercise calls upon teams to work together, delegate roles, ensure quality control and promote team engagement. It’s also an excellent programme for team building, understanding the company as a whole and improving the systems in the business. At the end of the session teams will present their full reports to the CEO and Top Management for voting, approval and awards.
