Peak Performance

In Peak Performance, teams embark on a 20-day expedition to guide clients to the summit of Mount Everest and back. They must make strategic decisions on fitness, routes, supplies, and challenges while racing against other teams. Active physical tasks and time pressure add to the realistic, immersive experience.

Description

Teams manage client fitness, weather, acclimatisation, and resources like tents and oxygen through daily tablet updates. They face physical challenges such as tent packing and blindfold climbing. Teams must make quick, strategic decisions to avoid locked paths or risks like illness and loss of points, competing to reach the peak first.

Learning Outcomes

Peak Performance offers an emotionally gripping experience that reshapes how participants view business and life challenges. By combining gamification with tactile tasks and real-world business parallels, teams learn more effectively and retain knowledge longer. The activity promotes strategic thinking, decision-making under pressure, and teamwork.
