Crescendo

Crescendo unites teams to master classical strings in under an hour. Guided by expert instructors, participants pick up violins or violas, learn the basics, and perform together as a string orchestra. This unforgettable musical challenge proves what’s possible when people focus, collaborate, and hit harmony as one team.

Description

Teams discover the magic of playing as a string orchestra — all in less than an hour. After an inspiring performance, each person picks up a violin or viola and learns the basics. With instructors’ support, sections practise their parts, then join forces with a bespoke backing track to create uplifting music together.

"I was thrilled to work with Team Building Asia as they managed to propose and facilitate in a very short time a workshop for my team in China. We choosed Crecendo, which is a workshop around building psychological safety while going out of our comfort zone.
