Calling The Shots

Calling the Shots is a creative team building activity where participants work together to produce short films based on a chosen theme or business objective. Teams take on different production roles—from scriptwriting and directing to filming and acting—to create engaging videos that showcase creativity, collaboration, and effective communication.

Participants are divided into production teams and given a creative brief or business challenge. Each team develops a concept, plans their scenes, assigns production roles, films their video, and prepares it for a final screening. Throughout the activity, teams must manage time, solve creative challenges, and work together to deliver a polished production.
