Colour Assessment

Colour Assessment helps teams understand themselves and each other through an easy-to-apply communication tool. By exploring four clear preference styles, participants gain insights into strengths, challenges, and ways to work better together. This memorable experience boosts self-awareness, eases conflicts, and builds more harmonious, collaborative relationships at work.

  • Duration: 2 Hours
Description

Know yourself and your team with this simple, memorable assessment. After completing a short questionnaire, participants learn their communication style — Green, Blue, Orange, or Gold — and what that means in daily interactions. By recognising different preferences and potential conflicts, everyone can better appreciate, respect, and adapt to each other’s strengths.

Learning Outcomes

Participants discover how their personal style affects the way they work and interact with others. By exploring the four colour preferences, teams gain practical insights into strengths, weaknesses, and potential friction points. With this awareness, they learn to communicate more clearly, avoid misunderstandings, and collaborate more smoothly. The session’s fun, relaxed approach makes the concepts stick, and everyone receives a booklet to help apply their new skills in daily work. As people put these ideas into practice, teams report better harmony, less conflict, and stronger connections. Colour Assessment is a simple but powerful way to create a more respectful, effective workplace culture.
