Colour Assessment Remote

Discover your true colours and strengthen your remote team’s understanding with this simple online personality test. Participants identify as Green, Blue, Gold, or Orange, then connect in breakout rooms to find common ground. By exploring each style’s behaviours and preferences, teams build better communication, trust, and appreciation for differences.

Description

Assess your personality type and learn how you naturally communicate and behave. After an online questionnaire, participants discover if they lean Green, Blue, Gold, or Orange. Teams meet in breakout rooms with others who share their type, then regroup to compare styles. This fun, practical session boosts awareness and connection.

Learning Outcomes

Participants gain valuable insight into their own working and communication style, as well as those of their teammates. Understanding the four colour profiles helps individuals appreciate how different personalities respond, collaborate, and approach tasks. Sharing and discussing these differences in breakout rooms and group chats creates a safe space for open dialogue, encouraging people to explain their behaviour and adapt to others. This is especially powerful for remote teams, who often miss subtle in-person cues. By recognising and respecting diverse styles, teams develop trust, minimise misunderstandings, and work together more effectively, whether they’re collaborating online or in a hybrid setting.
