Treasure Island fosters agile thinking, creativity and adaptability. Participants face shifting challenges that mirror real-life obstacles, where previous solutions stop working and teams must change course. To succeed, they must pool resources, collaborate, and communicate clearly. The activity strengthens cross-team alignment and builds awareness of the benefits of unity over competition. It reinforces the value of shared goals, resourcefulness and collective effort. Known as the "3 S Island" – Synergy, Sharing and Solidarity – it is a memorable experiential learning activity that encourages fresh thinking and highlights the power of collaboration in overcoming limitations and unlocking success.
