Description

Race Around the World brings dispersed teams together in a dynamic, gamified environment. Played on any device through the award-winning Go Team app, teams complete three exciting levels of tasks and puzzles while racing across a virtual world map. Agile thinking, clear communication, and smart resource management are key to winning.

Learning Outcomes

Race Around the World helps remote teams strengthen crucial soft skills that translate directly to working from home. Teams practise agile thinking as they respond to unfolding objectives and changing situations. The time-bound challenges require participants to communicate clearly and listen actively to interpret information and share ideas efficiently. The game’s iterative framework encourages gathering data, critical thinking, and comparing strategies to find the best solutions together. This virtual experience also highlights the unique aspects of online collaboration—such as reading facial cues and communicating succinctly—while building trust and a shared sense of achievement that leaves teams more connected and resilient.

"Team Building Asia was on top of all technical requirements and concerns. Thanks to their hands-on approach, we could concentrate on team engagement and having fun. Furthermore, we were impressed with the level of advancement but technical simplicity of the game, everyone understood it easily, yet it was something we had never seen before. I definitely recommend Team Building Asia for all virtual and remote team building activities." Pernod Ricard , Race Around the World
