Talent Scout is a fast-paced business game where participants form ideal teams to meet customer project briefs. With limited skills available and constant competition, teams must negotiate quickly and strategically. The activity reflects real workplace challenges and highlights the importance of resourcefulness, adaptability, and effective communication under pressure.

Description

In Talent Scout, each team receives a project brief and must assemble a group with the right mix of talents to meet the client’s expectations. Skills are distributed on cards, but supply is limited. The challenge creates dynamic interaction as teams compete, collaborate, and restructure to secure the best outcomes.

Learning Outcomes

Talent Scout brings to life the pressures of project delivery in fast-changing environments. As teams race to match briefs with talent, they develop skills in negotiation, collaboration, and change management. With shifting team compositions and limited resources, participants are forced to think strategically while reacting swiftly. ROI becomes a core focus as teams balance quality with speed.
