The Devil’s Gambit

The Devil’s Gambit is based on the popular reality tv show and is an engaging dynamic team-based challenge that trains participants to embrace change not with fear but with curiosity through activating their “Seeker System Mindset” to engage in exciting challenges that explore individual and team responsibility.

Description

Challenges include, Montage, Fragments of Memory, Four Player Tic-Tac-Toe and Laying Grass. Team change for each challenge and a key to success is the “Seeker System Mindset” that encourages curiosity, adaptability and continuous learning when facing uncertainty or transformation when completing the challenges.

Learning Outcomes

The exciting and immersive challenges can only be accomplished through embracing change management & adaptation. The winning players will be the ones that best manage to leverage one another's strengths in their various challenges. Players will learn the value of being present in the moment, thinking out of the box, building relationships and anticipating and reacting with agility. Alliances, betrayals, and mind games are central to the game’s appeal, empathising strategic thinking, problem-solving and the complex dynamics that emerge when people are put in a competitive environment.
