Friend or Foe
Friend or Foe drops teams into a world of hidden agendas and strategic deception. Participants collaborate to achieve shared objectives while navigating trust, misdirection and high-pressure decisions. With a secret Foe embedded in every team, success hinges on sharp observation, clear communication, and the ability to distinguish allies from adversaries.

Description
Teams work through fast-paced interactive challenges while a hidden Foe quietly undermines progress from within. Participants rotate through mixed groups, gather information, cast votes to identify the Foe and regroup to share insights. The experience concludes with a dramatic reveal and a debrief linking in-game behaviours to real workplace dynamics.
Learning Outcomes
Friend or Foe brings trust, integrity and communication to life in a high-stakes environment. Participants sharpen their ability to read people, challenge assumptions and make sound decisions under pressure with incomplete information. The hidden Foe mechanic exposes how subtle misdirection can derail team alignment, making clear communication and active listening mission-critical. Participants practise influencing others, building consensus and maintaining accountability even when uncertainty is high. The debrief connects in-game behaviour to everyday workplace dynamics, surfacing insights on trust-building, ethical decision-making and how individual actions shape collective outcomes. Teams leave with heightened self-awareness and stronger instincts for navigating complex interpersonal environments.
