three employees paint a picture together for the big picture activity

Calling all champions

In just a few days, the spirit of the 2012 Olympic Games will have millions of viewers and sports fanatics glued to the television. Why not take this opportunity to bring your team together with a great last-minute team building solution called The Big Picture that can ride on the Olympic bandwagon?

Carry the corporate torch with this creative challenge that we have modified with an Olympic twist that, in the end, reflects a company's identity or aspirations. Participants will be divided into smaller groups, with each team responsible for two canvases. They will be tasked with plans for what goes onto the canvases but without knowledge of the final image. This is where the Big Picture approach is so important as delegates quickly realise that to succeed, they will have to co-operate rather than compete.

All is revealed when all the canvases are put together to form the big picture that reflects a company's identity or aspirations. Participants will marvel at how teamwork and creativity can produce such a stunning masterpiece.
