Frequently Asked Questions

Body Rap

Body Rap is a high-energy musical team building activity where participants use only their bodies—through clapping, stomping, snapping, and vocal percussion—to create an engaging rhythmic performance. Guided by expert facilitators, teams learn how individual contributions come together to produce a coordinated and memorable performance without the need for musical instruments.

No. Body Rap is designed for everyone, regardless of musical ability or performance experience. The rhythms are taught step by step, making the activity accessible, enjoyable, and inclusive for participants of all backgrounds and confidence levels.
