Eco Pyramid is a collaborative construction challenge designed to highlight teamwork, planning and interdependence. Participants are divided into teams, each responsible for building one level of a large pyramid. Within each team, members work solo or in pairs to create smaller pyramid units, which are then joined to form their level. A team leader guides the process using clear instructions. Once all levels are complete, they’re stacked in descending order and securely tied together. The experience culminates in a group “victory lap,” celebrating the achievement and reinforcing the message of shared success.
