Description

Teams step into the role of alchemists, blending base, mid and top notes to craft a fragrance that reflects their target market’s mood and preferences. They learn perfumery basics, define customer traits, and create an engaging marketing pitch to sell their scent. This hands-on experience combines creativity, strategy and teamwork.

Essence of Excellence puts the customer at the heart of every decision. Teams practise customer empathy as they discuss their target market’s emotions and motivations to design a meaningful scent and compelling brand story. Through lively debates, they discover and respect each other’s perceptions, realising that everyone works from unique models.
