Teams of 5–8 tackle five tricky physical challenges, each with a 20-minute limit. An innovative scoring system sees each team monitored by an umpire who rates their performance, while teams in turn score their umpire. Integrity Stones add an extra layer of accountability, rewarding fairness, honesty and constructive feedback.
