Frequently Asked Questions

Bookworx

BookWorx is a CSR team building programme where participants work together to design, build, and decorate children's bookshelves before donating them to schools, charities, or community organisations. Combining creativity, teamwork, and social impact, the activity enables teams to make a meaningful contribution while developing stronger workplace relationships.

Participants are divided into teams and take responsibility for different aspects of the project. Some team members design and paint themed backdrops, while others learn decorative techniques to transform the bookshelves into colourful works of art. Once completed, each team presents the inspiration behind its design before donating the finished bookshelves to a local organisation in need.

BookWorx combines team development with community impact. Rather than simply completing a challenge, participants create practical resources that benefit children and local organisations.
