The Infinite Loop

The Infinite Loop immerses teams in a high-stakes virtual rescue mission. One teammate navigates a VR world while others guide them using clues and logic. As levels get harder, communication and strategy become critical. It’s a thrilling experience that builds trust, sharpens focus and strengthens real-time collaboration under pressure.

Description

A young man is trapped inside a virtual reality game. Your team of “white hat hackers” must go back and forth between virtual and real worlds to decode puzzles and bring him back. Using a mix of VR immersion and real-world lock modules, players must think fast and act together.

Learning Outcomes

The Infinite Loop is a dynamic business game that highlights the importance of agile thinking, iterative learning and strong communication. Teams quickly discover the value of clear, real-time dialogue as the player in VR depends on precise descriptions to navigate challenges. Outside the headset, the team must decode puzzles, test solutions and adapt strategies. The pressure of competition combined with evolving difficulty mirrors real business scenarios involving remote teams and digital collaboration. It’s a powerful metaphor for breaking silos, building trust and continuously improving processes — a strong platform for learning agile methodology, lean thinking and the power of collective problem solving.

"Absolutely fantastic session - it really makes you consider what and especially how you communicate and how you can ensure clarity of discussion with a team. Finding common language and ensuring that questions and discussions are clear and succinct was an important as part of the task and gave plenty of food for thought for the future."
