Connects is a lively icebreaker and energiser designed to spark meaningful conversations and build authentic connections. Through a dynamic card-based activity, participants engage in quick-fire exchanges that break down barriers, boost energy and foster trust perfect for kicking off team events or deepening group cohesion.

Description

Connects is a fast-paced, interactive experience that gets people talking, laughing and connecting. Each participant receives a coloured card featuring a thought-provoking question ranging from light and playful to deep and reflective. In pairs, they take turns asking and answering, then swap cards and wave to find a new partner. The room quickly fills with movement, energy and genuine dialogue. Participants choose how much to share, ensuring psychological safety and comfort. The activity can be scaled up to include group discussions or tailored questions aligned with specific themes. Whether used with strangers or established teams, Connects creates a vibrant atmosphere where people discover common ground and build stronger relationships.

Learning Outcomes

Connects helps participants move beyond surface-level interactions to form deeper, more meaningful connections. By sharing stories and perspectives, individuals build trust and uncover insights that typical workplace conversations often miss.
