Integrity

Integrity is a fast-paced team challenge that puts communication, leadership and decision-making to the test. Over 100 minutes, teams rotate through unique 3D problem-solving tasks while also scoring and being scored on fairness and collaboration. This dynamic format encourages open reflection on values, culture and doing what’s right in business.

Description

Teams of 5–8 tackle five tricky physical challenges, each with a 20-minute limit. An innovative scoring system sees each team monitored by an umpire who rates their performance, while teams in turn score their umpire. Integrity Stones add an extra layer of accountability, rewarding fairness, honesty and constructive feedback.

Learning Outcomes

Integrity goes beyond problem-solving by creating a powerful platform for exploring values and appropriate workplace behaviour. Teams must communicate clearly, think quickly and support each other under time pressure, while the umpire system encourages honest feedback and respectful peer evaluation. This unique setup prompts participants to step into each other’s shoes and see issues from the perspective of colleagues, clients and partners. Integrity sparks real conversations about company culture, fairness and doing what’s right — not just what’s easy. The experience fosters agile teams, ethical leadership and better decision-making, reinforcing integrity as an essential value for sustainable business growth.
