Description

Participants choose words that resonate with them on a given topic and connect these on an art board, generating a vibrant web of ideas. This engaging activity encourages natural dialogue and collaboration, culminating in a dynamic word cloud that can be analysed for meaningful insights during the facilitator’s debrief.

Learning Outcomes

Net-work fosters open communication and collaboration in a relaxed, playful setting. By linking their chosen words, participants contribute to a collective visual masterpiece that represents group perspectives and shared values. This process breaks down barriers and encourages free-flowing discussion, helping teams build trust and understanding.
