Summit Challenge Online

Summit Challenge Online is a high-energy, app-led team experience perfect for virtual, hybrid, or in-person teams. Participants take on expedition roles and complete engaging challenges to ascend from Base Camp to the Summit. Designed to build communication, decision-making, and teamwork, this activity brings out the best in remote collaboration.

Description

In Summit Challenge Online, remote teams become virtual mountaineers on a mission to reach the summit. Guided by a custom app, teams solve creative challenges, make fast decisions, and align roles like Climbers and Expedition Leaders. It’s an exciting journey of teamwork, strategy, and fun—with a victory photo at the top!

Learning Outcomes

Summit Challenge Online offers a dynamic and immersive way to strengthen distributed teams. Through time-sensitive, role-based collaboration, participants practise essential virtual team behaviours—clear communication, strategic thinking, and fast decision-making under pressure. The simulation highlights the value of balancing risk versus reward and leveraging diverse perspectives for success. Teams work towards a shared goal, reinforcing alignment and trust. With optional customisation—like company-specific content or a CSR twist—the experience can be tailored to organisational objectives. The result: a memorable, energising challenge that equips teams to thrive in a virtual world and work together more effectively, wherever they are.
