Learning Outcomes
Leadership Stories gives participants a safe space to practise leading under pressure. They become aware of their leadership style and its effects on team morale and performance. By working through diverse, realistic scenarios, they learn to adapt their approach to inspire, engage and motivate different people. The game promotes critical skills such as communication, active listening, persuasion and consultation, encouraging players to share ideas and reflect on the outcomes of their decisions. Participants leave with a clearer sense of their strengths and areas for growth, plus practical insights they can immediately apply in their workplace to lead with more confidence and flexibility.
